Exceptional Experience at Indigo Flow Body Works with Sam!

I just had a fantastic massage at Indigo Flow Body Works with Sam, and I can confidently give them a well-deserved five-star rating!

Why It Was Five Stars

• Holistic Approach & Intake: Sam started with a genuinely caring and thorough intake, asking not just about physical pain but also about stress levels and what I hoped to achieve. He took all of this into account to create a truly personalized session.
• Intuitive & Expert Technique: Sam has an incredibly intuitive touch. He seamlessly blended deep tissue work where I needed it most (my persistent hip flexor/shoulder tension) with incredibly relaxing Swedish strokes. The pressure was firm, targeted, and always felt purposeful—he found every knot without me having to point them out.
• Lasting Results: I left feeling like a new person—lighter, more mobile, and completely centered. The increased range of motion in my shoulders and hips has been noticeable and sustained, which is the sign of a truly effective therapeutic massage.

Sam is a gifted massage therapist practitioner. He combines his newly acquired technical skills and knowledge in bodywork with human intuition for giving a great massage. He listens to his clients and adjusts his techniques accordingly. His presence and a very sweet demeanor make you feel like you’re the only one that matters. I wish him all the best in his new practice and can hardly wait to book my next appointment. Jai, Jai Sam.

Sam gives a really great massage. He’s strong when he needs to be, gentle when he needs to be. He’ll work on what you tell him but he also has great instincts about what other, deeper areas might need attention. I’ve had several massages from Sam. He’s my go-to, particularly when I have specific issues, or just when I need a therapeutic body boost. He’s very thorough and professional. I always leave feeling integrated and improved.
